VC Online Casino Sponsors Famous Snooker Player

Online casino, VC Casino, has announced a sponsorship with professional snooker player, Stephen Maguire.

So far Maguire has played in three tournaments under VC Casino's sponsorship and is making a name for himself as one of the youngest, most talented players around. The agreement began in September with VC Casino and will continue for the rest of 2008.

Maguire is originally from Glasgow and has been playing professional snooker since 1999. He has taken such titles as the UK Championship and the European Open, both in 2004, and since being sponsored by VC Casino, he has won the Northern Ireland Trophy 2007.

Maguire just recently took the runner up prize at the 2007 UK Championship. He made it all the way to the final round against Ronnie O'Sullivan, who is currently ranked number one in the world. Maguire did pull through by making runner-up and proved to himself and VC Casino that this year could be his best yet.
